Disclaimer this is my opinion...

When I first got my hands on the book I thought woohooo, finally we have everything in one place and rules clarifications on a number of things are here in print. I scanned through it to check a few of the biggest mistakes in the boxed rule book and subsequent almanacs etc, and most of the issues had been addressed-

1) Clarification on the Pilling On rule. It is no longer optional, it requires a RR, and in the optional rule section we have the CRP version of the rules. (Though the skill should really be called Pile On but nevermind)
2) Special Cards have been removed from Extra rules, making them strictly optional, something that was always the intent however the original rulebook was misleading.
3) There is clarification over rules, like choosing whether to use Break Tackle after the dice have been rolled and so on. Which though all us old timers know this already it is still good clarification for the newer coaches to the game. Also Clarification that Animosity doesn’t come in to consideration when interacting with star players and so on.
4) Golden Era star players specifically listed as optional. (while this was always the case, its still good to see it specifically stated in the rules).
5) I was surprised to see Chaos Dwarf star players listed in the star player list, which is nice, and between that and the recent confirmation that the new Chaos Dwarf team will feature Big Hats on the last GW twitch stream, I think we can assumer Chaos Dwarves are coming next.

[size=150]So that’s the Good stuff ^[/size], now on the stuff I am disappointed about though tbh I am not surprised that none of the following rules have changed. I will just continue to live in hope.

1) Racial specific wizards and far more importantly (In)famous coaches are still part of the core inducement rules. I would much rather they were listed as Optional rules like Golden era star players etc.... as there are some very dicey things in amongst these inducements, that can flip a game on its head requiring almost no skill.
2) Blood Lust after all these years still hasn’t “fixed” the pick up ball problem. For those that do not know – If a player fails blood lust and goes to pick up a ball on the floor and fails the pick up roll they immediately fly off the pitch, regardless of whether there is a player to feed on next to the ball. IMO they should be able to feed before the turn over occurs.
3) Players with randomised movement and no hands cause a turn over when moving on to a space occupied by the ball as if they have failed a pick up attempt. This still hasn’t been changed and again this is something that should have been fixed along time ago imo.
4) Goblin Trolls still have Loner, the community at large has wanted loner gone for a long time. Sadly we are still stuck with it until the next rulebook at least.
5) Decay on Khemri, and the Ogre roster problem. I am being overly harsh here as neither team has their own Spike yet, so still plenty of time for these to be fixed.
6) Tentacles is still in CRP form, instead of returning to the LRB4 version which was far more fun and interesting and had synergy with Pro..

Now on to bit people probably want to see  the most, the bad section,[size=150] The Mistakes [/size]I assume these are mistakes anyway, and not just weird rule changes....

1) Dark Elf Blitzer’s stat line is listed as 7337 Block. He has dropped a point of AV?
2) Dwarf Deathroller – is missing Stand Firm
3) Human Blitzer – Skill access now shows GA / SP. The A and S are the wrong way round presumably
4) Human Ogre – Skills now shows  S/ GAPM. I assume giving M access to Ogres in human teams is an error
5) Orc Troll – Is now 100k, so 10k cheaper
6) Skaven Gutter Runners skill access is GA/ APM, so they have A access as singles and doubles, and no S access.
7) Slann team roster is missing (yes this is a joke, I know it is sadly not returning)
8 ) Underworld Skaven throwers only have P access on doubles
9) Underworld Troll is 150k, a 40k mark up.
10) Wood Elf Wardancers are 1Ma slower, it shows their stat line as 7347 block, dodge, leap
11) Wood Elf Treemen are missing Loner, and they have Timmm-ber!

So overall I think this is a bit of a mess because of the 10 mistakes (I have spotted so far). Really need better proof readers!!!  As we now need errata for this new book. The Clarifications are good, but seems a real shame we have another rulebook that contains miss information.

Du coup, on va attendre une FAQ ou Erata pour savoir ce qui est volontaire comme changement de ce qui ne l'est pas.

C'est moins pire que d'autres produits GW, mais c'est quand même un amateurisme notable par rapport au travail très pro des amateurs.
